Parcel identification from partial dossier facts
Broker dossiers often leave out the address. An anonymized listing names a town, a plot size and perhaps a zone, and you are left to work out which parcel it is. matchoo turns those partial facts into a short list of likely Swiss parcels on a map.
How the search works
Enter the location, the parcel area and, if the dossier states it, the municipal zone designation. matchoo searches the parcels of that municipality, including vacant plots without a building, and keeps those whose area fits your range. It also looks for neighboring parcels that fit the same range together.
How candidates are ranked
Each candidate gets a match score based on:
- how close its total area is to the middle of your range
- whether its zone matches the one you entered
- whether it is a single parcel or an assembly of 2 or 3 adjacent parcels
The score ranks candidates for approximate dossier matching; it does not confirm which parcel the dossier describes. Every result shows why it matches, with its total area, zone, parcel ID and a swisstopo aerial image, so you can compare it with the dossier yourself.
After the search
- Track a candidate to save it to your Aireon account
- Get an email reminder while a tracked candidate is still new
- Compare candidates, share a link or QR code, or export the match data
- Ask Claire, the Aireon assistant, about the selected match
Frequently asked questions
Which parcel is this dossier about?
matchoo narrows it down to ranked candidates. Enter the city or ZIP, the plot area and, if known, the zone, and each candidate comes with a match score and the reasons it fits. A score is not a confirmation, so check the top candidates against the rest of the dossier before you act on one.
What can I enter from a dossier?
A city or ZIP, a parcel area as an exact value or a range, an optional municipal zone such as W2 or Dorfzone, and a parcel count from one to three. You can also type it all as one phrase, for example "Frauenfeld, 2200-2500 m2, W2".
Can a dossier describe several neighboring parcels?
Yes. Besides single parcels, matchoo combines 2 or 3 parcels that share a boundary and whose total area fits your range, and ranks these assemblies alongside the single parcels.
